I love this striped skirt from Charlotte Russe! It would be fun paired with a bright colored top, but I kept it classic with black. A four strand pearl necklace with gold and sparkly rhinestone necklaces added in keep this look updated. I have been loving these bow shoe clips I got off of Ebay. They really dress up a basic pair of slingbacks and keep this chic look feminine and classy.
